Lately, my MB dealer in San Rafael has been treating me with repsect, as well as other people. What i noticed:

• They have recieved an award of Best Foreign Car Dealer by the Pacific Sun, a free newspaper in Marin County
• They are offering refreshments to everyone who walks into the showroom or people in the service lounge
• The sales people are more than happy to chat up about Mercedes cars in general, i had in interesting convo about the S600 and E320

And i don't think that this is a reason, but could it be the fact i'm wearing freshly-ironed Abercrombie shirts have a effect?
