how do you say 450SEL outside the US?
Everywhere I've heard it in the US in English it's "four fifty S E L." Like wise with "five sixty S E L" and "S five hundred."
How are MB model names pronounced in other countries and languages? Sixto 95 S420 91 300SE 87 300SDL 83 300SD |

Well, in England it's the same, only you put 'ye olde' at the start.
So, for an old Mercedes it's 'ye olde four-fifty S E L', and for a new one it's 'I cant remember the name, it's at ye olde dealer again'. If you don't want others to know what car you have though, you can read the model in Roman Numerals, so a 450SEL is a 'CDLSEL', and I drive a 'CXCE' what are these? - 'CCXXXE' 'CCCXX''
