Wheels needed

I am interested in buying two (2) wheels for my 98 E320. I want to have an extra set of wheels with snow tires for the winter months. A picture of the car is attached to see the style wheels. If anyone has or knows of wheels please let me know. Thanks much

Check with the moderator DR AMG. He just recently purchased an MB similar to yours and immediately installed custom wheels.

He has the chrome version of your set up for sale...

So does that mean you already have two extras? Everyone calls this style "bottle cap" wheels, and they should be very easy to come by. Do not pay a lot for them! You'll find that they are very difficult to clean. I would suggest you use the bottle caps as your beater wheels for winter, and get something nicer and easier to clean for summer. Something like the E430 wheels that I bought for Big Smokey. Here's my story: New shoes

You want to put the snow tires on the front or on the back? Front doesn't make sense, since they do not give you any traction. Back doesn't make sense, since they don't help you steering and breaking.

Mixed traction tires are hazardous, since your car behaves in really funny ways when cornering.

The only way to go is to get four snow tires, preferebly of the same brand and tread. It is worth the extra money (every fenderbender costs more than four stupid tires)

Kind regards
Eberhard
