My dear son had his first fender-bender back in June. His fault. Oh well. But we can't get the stupid insurance company to cough up the check to get the car fixed. We've called them, and called them. "Oh, we're sorry. We'll get the check sent right out to you. You should have it by the first of next week"
Yeah, right
So my wife called the state insurance commisioner. Yup. They've had lot's of complaints about this company. And that's after we did all the research to make sure they were a GOOD company. Well, they were, I guess.
So now we have to fill out some forms and send back to the state, along with file a complaint with the BBB.
I'll let ya'll know how this turns out.
