Certainly don't have any problems (never) with my 200K, C280. Bought it because most people know that BM's require very little maintenace. Never been in to a dealer. Never had a problem. Car is simple enough to change oil etc. I liken it to my dad's 53 Chevy, only much nicer.

Do you want to prevent Heart Attacks & Strokes?

LLysine clears the plaque from your arteries in about six weeks and keeps it out. Also helps your body absorb calcium and use it properly. It also boosts your immune system. Costs about 8 cents a day at the local Supermarket or Drug Store. A well documented study was done several years ago by Nobel Pries winning Dr. Lynus Pauling who is in his nintys & still teaching at one of the California universities last I heard.

Lack of Selenium is the cause of Cardiomyopathy type heart attacks. this disease is also found in Cystic Fibrosis patents. Have you ever had a stiff neck, arm, back, leg, etc. for no reason at all? The probable cause is lack of Selenium. When enough of the muscles in your heart get stiff at the same time, you are dead before you hit the floor. The most spectacular examples of this are young well conditioned athletes running down the Football field, Basketball court, Track, etc. and droping dead to everyones dismay.Nobody spent a dime a day on Selenium for them. Since the 1930s it has been against the law to sell any mineral supplament for animals that does not have Selenium in it. The U.S. Govt. is now trying to figure out how to get Selenium into the food stream like they did iodine into salt. Amazingly they do something right once in a while. Why should you die from something that it against the law for a domesticated rat to die from?

Lots of stuff out there dosn't do much, but some of it realy does work, but unless some one is going to make a lot of money from it, you have to dig the information out your self.

You must become your own primary health care provider. Lou

Thank you for posing this! Can you point to any references? I looked around but only found incidental references. Thanks again!

I dunno. How about just a healthy diet?

I could not agree more.

Healthy diet doesn't always work. Cholesterol/coronary problems are heridtary. Some of us have problems with what to the next person would be an acceptable diet and lifestyle. Not saying that you aren't right, just that some of us need a little more help.

Oops. Spock beat me to it

It was not meant to be callous. I obviously would not group in people who are genetically predisposed to cholesterol problems. However, the majority of us who develop high cholesterol/heart problems can address it through proper diet, smaller servings, and exercise. I view drugs as a last resort. Yes some people do need these drugs. But there are many of us who can do it on our own (without drugs) and be better for it. The less chemicals going in our bodies the better I say.

hope at last

This is great news to members of my family. From my moms side, everyone died due to heart problems, and now my mom is starting to experiance the same problems her mother and father have.

Mainly cholesterol related as we have just found out. My mom switched family physicains and right away she got a call about a very high cholesterol level. Hopefully, this will help her as well as probably me in the future with health problems so I got my fingers crossed.

xp
