Why spend that much money on a car that has water damage??

Gads! sand in the brakes, trannie, engine, alternator, starter, ect, ect, ect.
Yeah, sure:rolleyes: |
Depending on how high the water got, it might not be that bad. Seller says everything works except the power seats, so perhaps the water never reached the dashboard area, or the upper engine area...So the seats and some musty-smelling carpet might be the only problems.
It's still a pretty risky bid, though. Mike |
I'll bet that that car'll be plagued with electrical problems...
My mom bought a '94 Pontiac that had evidence of water damage (we didn't find this 'till after she had gotten the car home), and we had electrical issues the entire time she had the car... |
That much money for a car you can't get comp and collision for?
