Hmm something doesn't seem right there. Outside of the obvious, the way that hydrant cartwheeled doesn't seem right, and no spouting water either. A big chunk of cast iron would have dug into the turf, not bounced and I'd expect it to stay under the big tall truck.

I'm pretty sure it was a "play" hydrant.
