Question STILL no charges in Jackson case. Surprised?

I have maintained all along that the boys parents were vultures and in it for the money, with no crime being committed. Still no charges, and are you surprised? This boys mother has had a history of law suits alleging the very same thing as in this case. "Why", would you ask,"would anyone ever be innocent and still settle out of court?" Because, sometimes it takes years and multi-millions of $ of lawyers fees, not to mention, years of continuing bad press on a daily basis, that would ruin any career. Even if you're proven innocent, the moneys gone, and the damage has been done.

No, no surprise

They were talking about that on the news last night. It still means nothing. Similar high profile cases have often taken anywhere from 6 months to a year for charges to be filed. I guess the prosecution takes their time to get their ducks in a row first. Robert Blake didn't have official charges filed for something like 8 months.
Just wait and watch.

The tabloids are having a field day, sporting no shortage of accusations. Fame and fortune in North America is a matter of personality, not talent. Jackson is loved in Asia and Europe despite his extracurricular activities. But how long will it be before American / Canadian Idol makes a star out of anyone in Europe?

Michael Jackson is clearly a deeply disturbed individual, but I simply can't see him as a child molester. He's just too fragile and childlike himself to harbor this capacity. He's clearly made some extremely poor decisions and has more emotional problems than you can shake a stick at, but this whole deal just doesn't sound right to me...

The "Smoking Gun" website released a Los Angeles County police and child protective services report, written after the indictment, that cleared Jackson of any child molestation allegations. The report contains interviews of the child, the mother of the child and his siblings. The conclusion of the report is that there was no case for sexual abuse or misconduct. It's not clear if the California prosecutors were aware of this investigation at the time charges were filed.

Just like Jermaine said "It's a modern day lynching!" People are always trying to take a rich black man down. First O.J. no M.J! Where will it end??

He has already been charged.

And arrested.

And released on bail.

His case simply hasn't gone to trial yet.

Michael Jackson is whiter than any other man/woman/??? i have ever seen. I'd be pleased if he was in prison just so I dont have to see his ugly mutated face on TV anymore.

He's not being accused of being outrageous in buying the "Elephant Man's" bones, building his own amusement park or spending way too much time with plastic surgeons, the charge is child molestation and there seems to be some substantial evidence, originating from state agencies and the police, which rules it out. Perhaps this is a case of the prosecutor's office in California with something other than justice on it's agenda?

I thought they were not going to charge him until after Xmas.

I am not sure about the whole thing. The biggest problem I have is that the kid (1993) described MJ privates perfectly. This is according to the detective for that case and a report I read online (smoking gun).

It sounds (at least the media is making it sound) as if the case is falling apart for the prosecution.

It's time that the cannibal from Germany meets, I mean, eats Michael.

Are you serious? It has NOTHING to do with race.

OJ was guilty, and so is that plastic-faced freak MJ. Hopefully MJ won't be able to buy his way out of this one.

Mike

Of course I'm not serious. I saw the conspiracy theory about the "gold digging" family that tabasco and spock subscribe to and I thought I would add another rediculous conspiracy theory.

I still cant figure out what parent would permit michaeal jackson alone with thier child, after that incident in the early 90's, unless these are charges pre-dating that incident. My kid would have certainly be at my side if mj wanted to visit him in a hospital ward etc.
