We keep hearing of people who only pay $20 for cell phone service. We're on Verizon now on their family plan with good service, but we pay@$63/month total for 2 phones and we use less than 1/2 the minutes we're entitled to (they don't roll over). It seems a bit much for our usage. Does anyone out there have any exceptional experience in the NJ area for 2 lines in the neighborhood of $40/month?
