Malvo sentence.....life without parole...WTF

These calculating POS deserve to be put to death in a slow excruciating public manner. There is no doubt as to thier guilt. They should go away. Why do we wish to be humane with such POS. I would call them animals but animals deserve more respect than these SOS.

Perhaps we should adopt the british Tony Martin policy. Lets procecute the victims of the crime and let the criminals go free. yea!

Malvo will probably be sentenced to death in the other state's he is tried in but what about the cost to the tax payers. There should be an accounting for that. The purpose of our criminal justice system is not to support the the attorneys.

I think if an attorney looses a case like mohamed and malvo he or she too should be put to death!

Alot of this nonsence would go away!

just my opinion.

The defense of "sniper" Malvo was never designed to dodge the conviction on terroristic murder, the evidence was too overwhelming. In particular, the forensic evidence and his own admission of guilt would undercut any attempt at a plea of innocence. The defense team did the best with what they had, they put the theory of brainwashing and temporary insanity into the jury's mind to prevent capital punishment. I believe they took the proper course in defending their client.

I told you so............

I said it a few months ago that this is going to happen. That is just plain BS to move the case to VA Beach to begin with!!! They should have left them in Fairfax County so we can have a hey day on them.

Now we all can thanks the in-bred jurors in VA Beach spending our tax dollars to keep this POS alive for the next 60 years ($40k/yr X 60 = $2.4millions, not including medical).

Just hope the jurors from other States have less compassion and more common sense than those SOB in VA Beach.

Hey, he is not even from the US. He is an illegal.

I've never understood why illegals get the same rights as guaranteed by our constitution, i thought it was in place to protect US citizens.

40K a year, i dont even get that much, or medical. Maybe I should go shoot some people, then I'd get cable, too.

$40K is for State prison, up to $60k per prisoner for Federal.

I just love one of the jurors' comment - he will live in a cage for the rest of his life. Yeah right. He will have just as much freedom as me and you. Plus cable like you said. Then he will probbably attend college, some Hollywood guys will work up a deal to make a movie about his killing spree. Oh, don't forget, after college, he will write a memoir.

In other words, he will live large and famous. Like Manson.

Moral of the story, don't kill just one person. Our system will reward you for wipeing out a dozen or more people, but not one. Look at the Green River Killer. I rest my case.

I love the fact that my tax dollars will be feeding that animal for the rest of his life I must say a 9 mm round would be a good punishment. He is not evan a US citizen? He should have no rights. Our Constituition applys to US citizen's only, we paid for those rights with our blood. He is scum.
