Wonder if that will cost more $$$
Folks, you know how banks and mortgage companies alway stuff your mail box with those 0% APR, and you are pre-approved mail?
I am fed up with the trees that they killed and I have been ripping up the application forms and send them back to the banks with their own no postage required envelop. I wonder if that will cost them postage expense? I think if enough people doing it the banks will wise up for not sending so much "spam mail" because unlike the internet, this will cost them :D :D |
I do the same thing and others I work with do the same thing too. I doubt it will deter them though. Sometimes I put in coupons from other mail too.LOL

I've found the perfect way to rid myself of unecessary spam mail: I've moved three times in the past year!
But at the beginning of this coming February I'll be moving more permantely into my own (purchased) property. Guess I can look forward to all that cr@p in my mailbox too. :( |
You need to opt out.
To "opt-out" of credit card and insurance lists: 1-888-5-OPTOUT (1-888-567-8688) for all three credit bureaus. It will put a promotional block on your credit file, spam mail should slow down withing 60 days and helps your credit score. |
yeah,
I opted out and haven't received anything since !! |
