Anything that sounds similar to "Microsoft" ....
Microsoft's lawyers should get a good spanking.

This stinks,
my tribute to my pet crow who keeps himself groomed very neatly and cleanly will have to come down as well: www.mycrowssoft.com and the online eulogy of the untimely mafia murder of his crow family will have to go as well: www.mycrowsoffed.com Still, I guess you couldnt get away with opening a burger joint named Mack Dahnalds, even if your name was Mack. Or, Wall-Mart if your last name was Wall. If I was that kid, I'd read the fine print of anything that company sends him with a check... who knows what indentured servitude he's accepting!

An old school mate of mine battled Microsoft -and won! ..or rather did not loose.
He has a very small computer/webdesign company called 'Sorø Micro Soft' (he live in a town called Sorø). Microsoft found his website and went ballistic over his "theft" of their copyrighted name. He contacted a lawyer who wrote to Microsoft that they should be glad that Sorø Micro Soft didn't sue the crap out of THEM, since Microsoft copyrighted their name 3 years after Sorø Micro Soft was registered. Microsoft never wrote back.. Freestyler
