What was your first forum post about?
I just looked back thru to my first post on 3/17/02. It was about glo-plugs.
Glo System Frustration Guess that's what got me going on this forum. I couldn't remember how all this got started for me. What was your first time all about?

Mine was about the W124 idle surge and hot start problem...
...the OVP recommendation solved the hot start immediately...still scratching my head about the surge (which comes and goes), but I was sold on the sage forum advice, and much has been repaired for thousands less than it would have cost for me to have the dealer sort it out!

Oh man...
I just did a search to find my first post. It was before I bought my 220D, and I was asking for diesel shopping tips. I also got my ass handed to me when I started talking about thumping stereo systems and installing air bag suspension. Mark my words, if I had enough money, I would be rolling low and slow on bags. :p :p  Cassidy

I found out there was supposed to be a kick down switch under the gas pedal.
