anyone use iTunes?

Not much in the archives on iTunes. Has anyone here tried it? Is $.99 per song all the money they want? No charge to browse and search? No spyware with the interface or downloads?

Thanks,
Sixto

No charge to browse and search, no pop ups, but remember, it's not only in ACC, but iTunes software converts to MP3 format as well. iTunes let's you burn to CDR or DVD and has that nice built in level control so all the tracks are at the same volume level.

I use it. Its simple and reliable.

The list of songs is constantly expanding.

Nothing really obscure yet.

I have been happily using itunes for several months now.

I love it, love it, love it.

The downloads are fast and the quality is perfect.

They do have some very obscure stuff. In fact, they have virtually everything I've ever looked for, with a few exceptions:

They don't have The Beatles (but then again nobody does).
They don't have The Yellowjackets (a jazz group).
They don't have Bobby Caldwell.
