Cool New stereo setup soon

Just ordered 2 new subwoofers and and one more amp. I blew my MTX's so it was time to to create some noise again
Got the woofers below for 89 each

Got another cheap amp like the Legacy I already had

And of course I will be hooking up my good old capacitors
Just bored and wanted to share. It was this or A racing Dynamics Chip and with the price of gas I picked the stereo
Here is the rest of the system http://www.e282.homestead.com/stereo.html
The Deck will be changed soon because it overheats all the time and best buy refuses to accept it. I will be filing a complaint soon. They also want to replace it with a model that has nothing I wanted on it, when they do replace it

Just one or two depending on the setup. I'm going to wire a switch to each sub so I do not have earth pound bass at all times
and plan to have a friend hook up my caps so I live to hear the stereo

Nice to see someone using the correct gauge power leads!

You wouldn't believe some of the crappy executions I've seen in my day!

Even had one guy having starting problems with a Bimmer, and I noticed he had replaced an aged battery ground strap with a 22-gauge speaker wire!!!!

I have to replace from the Battery to the Distrabution block too I don't want to strain the 4 gauge so I have some 2 gauge around, but I will end up buying 0 gauge I'm sure

I don't like to mess with wiring thats too small thats why I hate german electrical work

Should be able to find them at hardware stores...especially in the section where you buy the commercial grade conduits and stuff.

Good local stereo shops have them too (not Car Toys or those big name types either).

Zero-gauge wiring is welding-grade stuff...too stiff for automotive use...might as well run copper pipes! :p
