Clear label with strong adhesive
Hello!
This is somewhat related to the thread I started about cleaning up wood for painting. On these same pieces, I need to put a few labels on. Ideally, I'd like the labels to be clear, but the big thing is I want to make sure that they aren't going to come off with abuse and time. Is there something like that that I might be able to use with my computer printer? Also, I have been told in the past that, when applying a label to a painted surface, it's best to put the label on the surface while the pant's still somewhat tacky, and that as a result the label would stick better due to being partially bonded with the paint. Does this sound right? The paint I'm using is just generic blue spraypaint. Thanks! |

Permanent laser labels are pretty tough.
