I got a parking ticket I found to be hideous. I backed into a spot and recieved a $35 ticket for not being "HEAD IN ONLY"

sure there probably was a sign, but why would they want cars to be head in only? i always felt backing into spots was safer - less collisions backing out.

that's like the ticket my wife got in Montreal for leaving her car unlocked overnight. Silliest ticket ever. Mind you, they are French.

Sounds like California is a silly place too.
