Since our floods last month the skeeters have overtook my property, which means war.

Since shooting them is very time consuming and hard on the shoulder what are the best ideas to send the bastards to hell?

$$$ is no object this is war.

In our tiny suburb part of town, they drive by with fogger trucks a couple times each summer. Maybe your area has that, and your city'll have the trucks drive by your area? Call 'em up and see? Best of luck.

Thats an aerial of my property I don't think thatys going to happen, I think 2 or 3 Mosquito Deletos will be the only choice.

Start eating alot of garlic. Nice side effect is friends and neighbors will quit bugging you too.
I like the sastifying sound the electric zappers make. I saw a portable propane powered model in one of those airline shopper mags.

Is the lake stocked?

No need for stocking it jam packed full of fish, a fish market in my front yard I will post some pics after this weekends fish fry. Every catches fish and has fun while I filet.

First, make sure that you don't have any standing water on your property. Look for things you didn't think mattered. Empty every one that you find.

As for the exiting vermon, you can try one of those propane powered mosquito catchers.

The oil trick would work but, please don't do that.

Tabacco will work in standing water just as well. I cig here and there will do the trick. Get the filterless ones or just a bag of loose leaf.

If the lake is full of fish that's not where the skeeter are coming from then.

What you really need is birds and some bats. throw up boxes around that lake and your problem will be no more, ever, and some beneficials will have their tummys full. it's all good. :)


p.s. thank for that terra server reminder. I use topozone.com all the time but haven't been to terra in 5 years and have been thinking there was some other site i used before for topos. looks good too.
