UPS uniform warning
Anyone see this yet?
Supposedly $30,000 of UPS uniforms were purchased on ebay and the dept of Homeland security is warning the public to keep an eye out for bogus UPS drivers. I tried to copy and paste the email but was told I couldn't post because it was an invalid extension, ie; .doc How why/would UPS uniforms wind up on ebay? |
I figured out how to do it.
UPS Uniforms Government Warning regarding purchase of UPS uniforms: There has been a huge purchase, $32,000 worth, of United Parcel Service (UPS) uniforms on eBay over the last 30 days. This could represent a serious threat as bogus drivers (terrorists) can drop off anything to anyone with deadly consequences! If you have ANY questions when a UPS driver appears at your door, they should be able to furnish VALID I.D Additionally, if someone in a UPS uniform comes to make a drop off or pick up, make absolutely sure they are driving a UPS truck. UPS doesn't make deliveries or pickups in anything, except a company vehicle If you have a problem, IMMEDIATELY call your local law enforcement agency right away! TAKE THIS SERIOUSLY! Tell everyone in your office, your family, your friends, etc. Make people aware so that we can prepare and/or avoid terrorist attacks on our people! Thank you for your time in reviewing this and PLEASE send to EVERYONE on your list, even if they are friend or foe. We should all be aware! Was this posted on the homeland security website, or is it some kind of gag? I think this kind of thing would have been widely disseminated and I have been watching CNN all day and haven't seen anything on it.

AOL and IBM are reporting on their website that a small band of Mercedes Benz fanatics are assembling a nuclear weapon from scrapped early 80s 300Ds, for use against France. "Patton's gonna love this" one unidentified conspirator was quoted as saying. When asked wether they were Islamics, communists, or anarchists, they all gave the same answer "we're Libertarians". The Libertarian Party had no comment. Citizens are asked to be on the look out for any large plane carrying this object attached to its fuselage, heading due east. Contact the appropriate authorities if you observe anything like this:
http://viningcomputers.net/nuker.jpg Warning, these men are armed an dangerous. Do not question if they are in fact, libertarians. One of our investigators was severely beaten after asking this question. |
When I worked at Office Max UPS came all the time in a Penske Truck because they did'nt have enough trucks. So IDK about the statement they make about ups trucks
|
I doubt the department of homeland security uses the word "bogus" in a written statement.:)
