An ACTUAL question from another tech forum

This is from a Canadian car tech forum. So much for us Canucks thinking we're so smart...

I bought a new 03 civic coupe. The trip meter on my car resets after it hits 1000 km. I am just wondering if anyone else has the same experience with their 03 civic. I don't know if its designed that way or maybe a bug in the system. I tried searching the web for similar problems but no luck. I also tried to find a way to send honda an email question, but couldn't find any address to send it to.

Thanks

Maybe he should cut up little pieces of paper and write 1 to 9 on them. That way when the odometer goes passed 1k, he can tape the 1 there. I guess he'd have to cut more paper when he got to 10k.
