What a cute little motor!

It was more for the process than the project.

What struck me, among others things, is how he fits the valve stem seals before the valves.

Why did he need to remove the engine at 130k?

I'm blown away that he machined his own set of 30 and 60 degree valve seat cutters--that's impressive. Why the hell a 'machine' shop would ever try to sell someone a single-cut valve seat job is beyond me. Putting in the stem seals prior to the valves is incorrect in every engine I've ever worked on.

Nice step-by-step of the engine rebuild procedures.
