I understood it this way:

Adam was alone in the garden of Eden and kinda bored so he asked God to make him a companion.
God asked Adam what he was looking for in a companion. Adam replied that he wanted someone understanding, caring, trustworthy, rational, happy and kind.
God said he was pretty sure he could do something but would need half of Adam's brain, 1 ear, all his teeth, an arm, a leg and 1 testicle.
To which Adam replied-What can I get for a RIB? :D

Lower back pains...
 

Anyone have any suggestions for lower bacl pain?

I hurt my back(strained muscle, sciatica) playing basketball 5 years ago and was in agonizing pain for about 7 months.

Thru rest, exercise and a lumbar support for sitting I managed to get rid of it.

It's back,(sleeping on a worn out couch will do that to you), in fact, it's rearing it's ugly little head as I type this.

I thing I'll go out and buy a lumbar support today.

My Dr. told me once that muscle spasms are caused by pain, which cause more muscle spasm, which cause more pain, etc...
anever ending circle.

Make sense.

I think I answered my own questions, but you never know if there may be more answers out there.

This is just my personal opinion in this matter. What you really can do is simply hire a 90 pound chinese women who will make you her bi*ch for a few hours and will walk all over you back. This should relieve the tensions in your body while not completely emptying your wallet.

Chiropractors are great, tensions are often related to bad posture and therefore the spinal cord. If its just muscle pain in a specific area, exercise and accuponcture. The latter one is again a 90 pound chinese women who just sticks needles in your back. Some say it works.

Wish you the best with your back and make sure its a 90 pound chinese women and not 150. The slight difference might be crucial.

I think its late night therapy and you pick up the doctor on any main street in your town. Charges vary from doctor to doctor and your insurance wont cover any fees.

On the other hand real chiropractors prolly need appointments and I have not yet checked if accuponcture is legal to practice in america.

Was in a small private club one night ,we all always looked up to see who was being buzzed in the door. The door was buzzed and a large stranger to me came in the door stopped and roared above the noise "If women didn't have pussy there would be a bounty on them" We all cracked up especialy the women in the crowd.........
