So, how's that sanctuary city crap working for yah?

yeah, flawless, right? ****ing idiots....

"Confessed killer & five-time deportee, seven-time convicted felon Juan Francisco Lopez-Sanchez said in a new interview Sunday with a local ABC News affiliate that he came to San Francisco because he knew the sanctuary city would not hand him over to immigration officials."

Murderer: I Chose SF Because It Is A 'Sanctuary City' - Breitbart

This is really a tragic loss. Unfortunate set of circumstances that could've been avoided if this loser was apprehended and deported.

elchivito 07-06-2015 11:20 AM

Yup. That guy, and thousands of others who work, pay rent, buy groceries and cars and gas and furniture and clothing and start businesses and raise their kids and contribute to American society. If Dylann Roof doesn't represent the white people of South Carolina, how does this fellow represent the immigrant population of SF?

Just noticed the end of the article about the guy in Laredo Tejas who hammered his wife to death. I guess Laredo must be a sanctuary city too. Who'd a thought THAT??

Txjake 07-06-2015 11:28 AM

hell, for that matter, don't even have to be a sanctuary city, just a dumbass country that lets any & all sorts of slime slither across the border, repeatedly.

Two Previously Deported Illegal Immigrants Allegedly Murder Two Women in Two States

"Breitbart Texas has exclusively confirmed that a man who confessed to murdering his wife with a hammer in Laredo, Texas is a four-time deported illegal immigrant who would not have been in the U.S. had he not been able to illegally cross back into the country multiple times from Mexico after his deportations. In addition, the Laredo Police Department continuously encountered the man in violent episodes with his wife, yet did not notify Border Patrol, according to federal agents who spoke with Breitbart Texas on the condition of anonymity."

We.As.A.Country.Are.****ing.Idiots

nothing wrong with legal immigration. Illegal immigration is tearing this country apart, not just these two murders but scores of events and costs every day. I come from immigrant families: 4: Irish, Lebanese, Mexican & French. So, I get the melting pot and "we are a country of immigrants" thing. I even agree that diversity is strength, but unfettered access by folks who refuse to wait their turn and be willing to drink from the fountain is a detrimental thing to this country. I know, I'll be assailed with the useual mantra "we need the cheap labor!","you're a bigot!" "we stole their land!" etc, etc, ad nauseum.

The truth is, America is the lifeboat for all who are here LEGALLY: the Indians, the Chinese, the Africans, the Middle Easterners, The Europeans, The Hispanics, et al. What it is NOT, is a lifeboat for those who are surreptitiously climbing over the gunwales in the middle of the night and put us in danger of swamping. Time to try to fix this terrible problem. It's going to cause some human pain and suffering, but if we don't, we are all going to suffer more in the long run.

He doesn't represent the immigrant, as you would like to call it, population of anywhere. He is part of the illegal aliens that came across. I'm sure it is nice to wrap what he did in coming over here illegally as an immigrant. If he wanted to immigrate, there is a US Embassy he can go to to seek entry. I'm sure you are aware that there IS a procedure for those wanting what they think is a better life here. I'm sure that the rosy picture you painted isn't complete in that there is some infrastructure cost to accommodate the "immigrants". I suppose you want us to call a drug dealer from that region an "unlicensed pharmacist"?

So if it is so good, why don't YOU invite anyone and everyone who wants to into YOUR house and ask they leave a few bucks in the can by the door, if they will?

Txjake 07-06-2015 11:48 AM

And, by tacitly encouraging the unfettered illegal migration, stuff like this occurs, anoth human tragedy...

80% Of Central American Women, Girls Are Raped Crossing Into The U.S.

Wowser, was there only one murder over the weekend in America and it was committed by a deportee?

Therein lies the problem. We all SAY we want it fixed but nobody is willing to fix it. Republicans don't want it fixed because they can't say they are for rules and the businesses they represent might not want it. Democrats don't want it fixed because they want someone to be indebted to them. So we have smoke in mirrors like a wall. Pretty cool. Everybody's happy. Hell, even Mexico can get in on the deal. Put up some money for the wall and make themselves look good.

Only thing that I can see that will work is we prosecute the companies that hire illegals. Give them the means to check the database and if caught, toss the person hiring them in jail, liquidate the company. Might not stop everyone but it will take a huge bite of the problem since they will come here and have no money so they might as well stay or come legally.

So much for my imported virgin fantasy ... But seriously, he was not let go as a matter of policy, he was supposed to tuned over to the feds and someone screwed up. There should be an uptick of at least one in the unemployment numbers.

This fellow is a standout because of his previously long rap sheet. He should've been dealt with after felony no. 3.

I understand that a murder was committed over the weekend by a social security recipient. If that isn't a compelling argument to end that program, I don't know what is!

Want to fix the "problem?"

How about fixing legal immigration, so people from Central America have a fighting chance to come here legally? As long as there's demand for immigrants' labor, and as long as a significant portion of immigration is illegal, people more likely to break laws will be first in line to immigrate. Plus, immigrant smuggling will be controlled by criminals, which will use the proceeds to fund other illegal activities, some of which will spill over into the US.

Please elaborate on this "fighting chance" and tell us what you know of the procedure and why you think we should favor one group over the other. It might have been years ago but I have gone thru the procedure. I knew then how it operated, I didn't see it as being much more impossible than most other endeavors.

Punish the employers for making it happen and see if it drys up or not. I will bet it will.

Uh, could it be that the unfortunate crime happened in a high crime area?

News Crews Robbed, Pistol-Whipped While Covering Killing On San Francisco’s Touristy Embarcadero CBS San Francisco

he robber drove away in a black BMW 7-series with two cameras and two tripods from stations KTVU and KNTV. The losses are estimated in the tens of thousands of dollars.

I'm sure there's a few, but illegal deported folks are driving BMW 7 Series? Wow, the government giveaways are truly out of control! :D

Is anyone debating that the illegals, other than being illegal don't cause a strain of any sort and it is all rosy? Wonder why other countries have immigration policies if not to sort out the wheat from the chaff, so to speak.

I can't speak for others but I certainly would not welcome someone who breaks into my house, helps themselves to my food, sleep on my bed, etc even if they do toss a few bucks for the inconvenience. If we had too many of them, the wear and tear on my house will be greater and more maintenance would be required plus I'd have to rebuild parts of the house to make room, etc, etc. Seems to be my understand as to why countries want to have control of who comes into their metaphorical house.
