Exactly. He no doubt was thinking about going for the gun. He was lucky not to be shot and killed.

2003 Mug Shot

To be fair to Larry, the apprehension of Mr. Stockton was captured on several security cams, and the footage does appear to play into Larry's suspicions:

Ha! Fair play. And what did you think of it?

Still waiting to hear from Larry about Winfield brandishing his weapon and threatening to use it.
Larry? Larry?

Winfield is to Air&Road, as Hussein is to President Obama.

Named after either Gen. Winfield Scott, a great military mind, and sadly unsuccessful Whig Party presidential candidate, or the great actor Paul Winfield...

It was ok but the Mrs. watched it without me and I never got drawn in. I maybe watched a half dozen episodes or so.

He only calls me that in an effort to irritate me. Actually, I like it. I am thinking about changing from Air&Road to Winfield. I was extremely close to my Grandfather and he was the only person that ever called me that and he had a way of using it whenever he was proud of something I had done.

My Grandfather was an unbelievable man who was probably the finest human being I have ever known, so I somehow feel highly complemented when referred to by that name.

Sentence: 420 months imprisonment; eight years supervised release (May 27, 2003)
Commutation Grant: Prison sentence commuted to expire November 10, 2015.

A convicted felon in possession of a firearm during the commission of more felonies?
Where did it say the weapon was used in the commission of a felony?

What difference does that make? Do you think he was carrying a gun to a drug deal because he thought that there might be some paper targets to shoot at?

For the naive here, when a convicted felon carries a gun to a drug deal, they are ready to use it. Do you want someone walking by your kids at the shopping mall that is this deep into a violent criminal mindset? If so, maybe you can look him up and move him in next door to you.

This is another excellent example of how some people are so gullible and zealous that they will say anything to politically protect their president.

It matters because . . . having a gun didn't make him a violent criminal. Having a knife, baseball bat, bow & arrow, machete, chain saw, lawn darts or sharp stick does not make him a violent offender. However, YOU want it to be. Get used to disappointment.
