Just out of curiosity, do you bring politics and democrats in every discussion you have in real life?
Just out of curiosity, what should someone bring up in a political forum?
I doubt other posters want to hear about what I had for dinner.

I wonder if it is possible for a city police agency to report a crime separately from a county level agency? I didn't see a FAQ that addresses the possibility of double booking due to overlapping responsibility.

I think there should have been a geographical component. Some cities are large and spread over multiple jurisdictions (Houston) while others are much more compact (Boston). Take for example, Minneapolis-St Paul. Is it reasonable to separate them merely because a river runs through it? Or Monroe LA vs West Monroe, LA. A river runs through it and they are two different legal jurisdictions with wildly different crime rates. If the two cities were considered as a single unit the the crime rate would plummet for the city as a whole.

Is it fair to combine the five boroughs of NY?

In the case. of NY, it might be useful to present over-all rate (as was done) but also a range from lowest to highest among boroughs. Perhaps a similar subdivision could be conducted in a sprawling city like Los Angeles or Houston.

Anyway, I think this website provides a useful first-pass survey and provides a good reason to dig deeper. I wouldn't think drawing conclusions is entirely warranted.

Sure, but that doesn't mean you have to insult and be rude in every reply you post.

My dinners can be quite interesting.

Agree with the first part. Dunno about the second.

We can probably also agree on a top five repeat offenders list. Hierarchy may vary.

I doubt that I ever insulted you personally. I try extremely hard whether here at work or in public not to insult anyone unless they are there in person to defend themselves. BTW telling someone that I do not understand why you don't understand my opinion is not a personal insult.

In my opinion it is deeply insulting if you don't agree with my opinion.

I would guess that anything that acidifies a colon while in the limits of the top 20 here is going to result in shots fired. And let's be fair those shots might be straight ****.

It wasn't addressed to you, even that it could look that way in how I replied to your post. I'm not aware of you ever insulting me in anyway.
