So yesterday was one of those up and down days. I sold the Bonneville for a modest loss at Auburn and was feeling subdued. About a half hour later my son the Realtor called and told me he had a great showing of my building with a local investor and was going to write an offer.....for more than the offer of the slightly unethical previous group.

then I spoke to him again a couple of hours later and he has a signed offer from them and a hefty check for earnest money.

The new offer is still moving ahead. I have an accepted offer on one property and today have identified another property that I plan to make an offer on.

Be careful. If you got what you wished for. He would probably just have you running all over the country anyways picking up stuff for him. Or delivering it.

So today I put in a counter offer that is high enough I think I'll be relieved if its turned down.

So Friday morning I had an offer ready to submit to the seller. Then the realtor told me she had an open house scheduled for Sunday afternoon. This was not what I wanted....having my offer on the table to work other potential buyers into possibly making a slightly higher offer. I felt blindsided.
So I called my son the realtor and we discussed it and I raised my offer and submitted it with a deadline of 700 pm today and told them I was prepared to walk away from the purchase if it was not accepted (I was all in).
And so they have accepted it.

So now we just have to get the main building sold.
