In the past as a principle, WEEKLY, a backup was done with 3 copies.
1 remained on site.
1 went home with each principle. That is for the future.

Ya gotta love the print flyers up and paper the town. Id make sure that every candy man around had at least 2 copies.

I mentioned this in the past, but putting a camera on site cuts down on the vandalism and goofing around (that sometimes results in damage, but no one 'fesses up to it), signage that mentions folks are being recorded (required if audio is also being recorded...must have been some legislators/judges getting caught on tape a few years back)...and then, when even the littlest thing goes wrong, you use the A/V and nail the cretin(s). But make sure it's recording BEFORE the alarms/lights/sirens go off...it's funny watching cretins trying to turn on the "OHCHITLETSGETTHEFUDGEOUTAHERE" footwork. It, usually, is the funniest stuff on disc when it happens...

BTW: TigerDirect has some neat specials on SDHC Cards...I'm getting 16GB, Class 10 microSDHC for under $18.00 each. They come with USB adapters and are easy to store.
