While completely unsafe, I've seen worse. As stated by P.C., they probably pulled one of the ladies out of the office for a photo op...probably nothing more than window dressing.

I've seen much worse in some of the garage and after hours shops I've worked in the past.

I've seen some company posters where the employees were dressed for "shop floor" duty, and the women were wearing FLIP FLOPS!

I too agree that these folks are asked to model, and really aren't shop workers...
