Everywhere but the US...

Seems odd to me, i feel like such a product would be specifically targeted on the US with our national pickup truck fascination.

If nissan and toyota can break into the big 3s pickup truck market, mercedes can probably do it, especially with all the sprinters they have already sold here

Yes, its like the sad story of the VW Amarok which is an awesome vehicle. But now way they will sell or you can get one is US (affordably).
