To some extent haven't architects work been replaced with CAD systems instead of hours drawing blue prints?

I do some shopping at one of the largest uncustomer friendly stores in the nation ,the biggest reason is the fact they work these people too death ,litterally. If anyone has ever heard the story how a company can place life insurance on an employee and reap rewards for basically just giving a job to someone ,walmart has done it ,pretty close to a robot . The next obvious cause of concern is the automation at the check out lanes ,its great for those who"ve pulled an all nighter and want to sail thru the no line wait to get out the door. The lanes that are with checkers ,robots. To summarize my suspitions that robots already exist at walmart is the late night floor polisher guy ,yeah ,him .I would consider the unapproachable stare and terminator type fashion a mechanical match to the unmentionable machine .Duda duda duhn!!!!

The only real way to fight against the automation machine is to plan your spending habbits around it. Its the bigger profit companies that will have the money to spend for infrastructure leading the path in this type of capitalism .In a far off board room their is a little Bean counter showing xyz and the margins of profit that go with the changes for automation. What will be the bastion of hope for working people in this country? Take the time to visit little cafes or shops, even hardware stores that you may have thought were a little higher in price , if they go under we are all screwed and we will be the robots.

One with a short skirt named siri ? In some commercials they use your basic cartoon sketches ,another way from using paid actors to promote products or services .Spend your dollars were the human factor is considered and robots be damned .This message brought to you by a robotic brain.

Will robots take your job?
It would be very easy to do. I'm retired. Flip a switch. Done.

When word processing programs are able to translate voice into type some of my friends thought I might be out of a job. They think all I do is type.
And then there are formulas for producing a story. These have been around since ancient Greece. But my real job? Stealing from other writers! Ha! Let's see a robot do that! |

Don't be so sure about robots not being able to steal. Google is founded on a robot, a web crawler. Not so sure about robots stealing style or "flavor". |
