The Jeep that they tested I think was the 6 because they have to make it the same.

Howdy BenzOnline,
That's what most people say about going off road, they don't want to get them dirty/damaged. But as you see the things can do very nicely. One thing he said was "3 foot mud hole, no problem". But the pic that shows him stuck is about a foot. That is one of the things nice about off-roading. You get together around the campfire after a day on the trail and lie about how good you did Like the old saying goes "Try it you'll like it".

I wonder how they rate the Ford Explorer as having a tow rating of 6700 lbs. The Explorer can only carry something like 970lbs, and 10% tongue weight and the cargo capacity will be 300lbs. That's one fat guy in the driver's seat and his dog, that's it.

I can't believe that the Jeep is that fast either. I sat in a friend's Jeep and it couldn't even get on the highway at 60mph.

Why not??? Off roading is a blast. Keep your senses and don't exceed your limits, and you won't trash your vehicle. I wish that I could find more time to take my Sammy off roading. That little toy has climbed up hills that looked nearly impossible. It's a blast!!

I've also had it literally sitting on its frame from getting it in too deep of muck.
