I bought an r107 as a daily driver. I would suggest you not be as dumb as me! Familiar enough to a w123, but with just enough quirks and gotchas to have you screaming curse words in foreign languages.

Waiting on a new brake booster presently. Found the reason it was leaking was because of a bad master cylinder. Thankfully I bought one because I figured why not?

Beats me. I know the suspension was taken from an older chasis. These gassers are fun to drive, but boy oh boy are they finicky.

I miss my om617.

Yes, pretty much I think. They moved the front wheels forward in relation to the engine so the sump sits behind the cross memeber and gives the 2 seater better balance.
