I've never used them for my 300d or 300td, but the same shop worked on my GMC K2500 while it was in warranty and their performance was less than stellar. Granted, the problem with the truck was difficult, but they couldn't fix it after the vehicle was in the shop six times, and they were less than accommodating about trying to get the job done. I left the truck with them a total of 6 weeks. I stopped taking the truck to them because it was so frustrating.

That doesn't even take into account the salesman that I worked with while buying the truck. Lied to my face and smiled when I called him on it...

I can't tell you how many times I never was called back when inquiring availability of parts,never called when my parts arrived and the sales people were total *********s. They would snear at my classics and act like I didn't exist 9 times out of 10 except for one time I drove a new model S Class of a freinds up there one day to pick up some parts and they were practically licking my boots.

To put it in perspective,they were bought out by Cal Worthington Ford not long ago and it got even worse there (no surprise).

Not happy w/MB ANC since Cal took over... They call and say something needs to be done, then underquote, then say it wasn't necessary, only a suggestion. PLS adv. any other good MB repair/maintenance svc.

These nice people seem to have a Sales and Service location in Irkustk.
