After about 7 years of $95 per hour abuse by dealers and independents in San Francisco, wife and I drove up to meet some mbcoupesters and visit her cousin from Peru who lived in St. Helens.

A little tough to find, across the river from downtown, but clean as a pin, straightforward repairs, and only $60 for the basic oil change and lube service. A dream and a wonderful price compared to Nor California

More than that though, they incleded a diagnosis of what was coming in the future and it was coming true accurately 3 years later. Man that was spooky because they knew those youngtimer Benzes.

You guys are lucky to have a resource like that!!

San Francisco never looked worse after that.

And he is an interesting guy. He has an ORIGINAL old time AMG W124 sedan with 244k on it (4 years ago anyway) and it never needed anything other than maintenance, and I am sure it got the best.
