The Pick N Pull north Portland (on Columbia) has four 300's of various vintage and stages of disassembly. Only one still has injectors on the motor, for instance, though all four have engine blocks in them.

There is reputed to be one 240D at the Pick n Pull Portland south (near 205 and Foster Rd), but I have not gotten there yet.
