2001 Clk 430 Back headrest Won't go down
 

headrests/roll bar in back seats won't go down. Is their a way to lower tham. Have done the tool down the side of head rest. MB in Eugene thought it might be a hydrolic valve parts and labor are over $1600. They were sure but that is what they are wanting to do. When I push the down button can hear motor running and sounds like it wants to engage but nothing. And if I do get the headrests down will the top work at all??Will not work now as headrests are up and almost touching the top.
