Just wondering, but what kind of performance gains would I get out of the GTC Cam offered in Bekkers?? thanks in advance

Drew, that would depend on other factors. ie; in what condition is the engine?, stock exhaust system?, & what are you expecting from this? With new valve springs & rockers you might pick-up 10 hp.

Im getting new valve springs put in at the moment actually. I am also getting exhaust done at the moment too. A new throttle Body, Free flow cat, and im taking out the resonator, and replacing that with two straight pipes. will this help the increase in power(of the Cam addition) noticeably with the exhaust mods?

Well it sounds as if you are headed in the correct direction for 10-15 more hp. The larger throttle body & freeflowing exhaust will require more fuel, the fuel pressure regulator from 16V should help.

Keep in mind that when you cam this engine, or any for that matter, you are merely moving the torque peak to a higher RPM. This will increase horsepower, at the expense of low end torque, which this engine does not have an abundance of to begin with.
