Does anyone have some direct experience with any of the brake upgrades such as rotors & calipers from 400E; 500E; 600SL; Brembo; or a
Porsche GT2 ? I'm contemplating the standard 300TE brakes which aren't really up to the task when the wagon is fully loaded and the winding mountain roads of Santa Barbara, California. TIA, :-) neil > Rotors: > Porsche bi-turbo GT2, special steel, cross-drilled with 4mm holes, one full inner cooling air turbulence, max. > temperature 450° C.
