pro's and cons vs mercedes head bolts.

If pro... how do you torque them? for example the mercedes head bolts on the 190e engine are torqued to 55 then two additional 90 degree turns. Those are stretch bolts ...

How would you torgue a head stud?

MB came out with stretch bolts in 1980, every-else has been trying to catch-up since.
