If you run a search on spring pads, someone just posted the numbers and the thicknesses. I don't remember what they are, but I would think the partsshop could get them for you.

Dave,

The different sizes are 8/13/18/23/28mm thickness.

The W124, W201 and W202 use the same pads starting with part# 201 ...

I do not know what they cost, but it cannot be much.

greetingz,

ARGH!!! I went to the Mercedes dealer today and tried to buy some #1 spring pads but the guy didn't even really know what they were. Then he said, after trying to learn what they are, that he can't get any. Is there anywhere online to get these things? Thank you.

DTM FAN,

these are the part#'s:
8mm front spring pad: 201 321 0984
8mm rear spring pad: 201 325 0944

The spring pads on a W201/W124 and W202 C class are all the same. I am sure you can order these on-line somewhere and you can probably order them here as well...

greetingz,

Great! Thanks, I'll go back there with the parts number. That should make things easier.

Why go back to them, you can buy them on the new fast lane catalog. I just checked and they show them availble a lot cheaper than the dealer.
