Sportline suspension
I have a 1991 300e, it needs at least new ball joints.
Do I just order parts as though my car is a '92 500e?

Huh?
Of course not! At the minimum do a search on Sportline Suspension in this forum. You can also go to the homepage of mercedesshop . They have (had) a complete writeup on ordering the parts and what is involved with conversion to sportline. Sure more than just ball joints. Steve |

I read the writeup. There is a place to rquest the parts. I called the guy, he was cool, but cut me off when he realized it was not a CE.

Are things like CA bushings, and ball joints any different?
I think I want to use Bilstien Sport shocks, and I am looking into having springs custom made to keep it low and stiff. I think the CA bushings, and ball joints are all the front needs, other than Springs, and shocks. -Kyle
