I recently installed Eibach springs at my MB Dealer for my 2000 W210-E320. However, the dealer was not very experienced in dealing with the ride height. They changed the spring pads twice and still can't get all 4 corners to level. They are saying that it will never be perfectly level, true?
Can someone please tell me what number pads are used for stock E320 (both F & R)? What would be the suggested pads for an Eibach lowered vehicle so the ride height can be the same at all 4 corners. Thanks you so much for your help in advance! |

It's not that simple!
Use the search function in the upper right corner of the Shop Forum and search for "spring pad". You'll find about 250 threads where this subject has been discussed many times before.
Bottom line... There really isn't a "stock spring pad". Mercedes basically uses whatever pad they need to in order to attain the specified ride height. They also use a formula based on which options are installed in the car and if you have red stripe springs or blue stripe. Each option is assigned a number of points and certain spring pads are used with various point ranges depending on the springs. In general there are 4 different front pads and 4 different rear pads to choose from.

I replied to your post on this in the wheels and tires forum.
Hopefully the info there I posted is good and can help you. You probably wont be able to get the car 100% level. Alon
