How would the ride Quality be on a W123 with Bilstein HD's. Looking to do front shocks soon on my 240D.

I have HDs on my 300D and kinda regret not going with comfort. It kinda thuds and thunks over bad pavement. Though I expect this would happen with comforts too unless you get your suspension 100% rebuilt. Feels good on smooth roads though I am surprised my interior hasn't made a rattle thanks to the crap roads i sometimes encounter and the stiff Benz.

If you like the original ride of your Mercedes go w/ comfort..if you want something a bit more sporting go w/ HD.. Seeing as you run around in Queens and I doubt the quality of the roads has improved on LI since I left in 96 you might just want to stick w/ comfort....
