Hey everyone
I was thinking about doing a k&n air filter on my car and possibly modifying my stock airbox to a "custom" flitercharger. Would this help a diesel breathe a little better, maybe see higher hp and mpg? I took a look inside my airbox and found nothhing but a shriveled up fram that seemed quite restrictive. Anybody messed with this before? Is a k&n worth 50$ or should I replace the stock filter with oem MB? Also just had my rear end diff mounts changed, no more clunk. My car is a joy to drive again. Anywhere I can find some warm, protective sheepskins for under 200 a pair? The independent tech who serviced my car said there was a small vaccum leak to tranny, but it wouldn't make the car that much smoother, also the tranny filter needs changed, would this help smoothen out my shift? Last thing engine has rough idle and rpm's jump, clogged fuel line, would redline help? Thanks in advance

I would'nt
I really like the OEM Parts for a Mercedes, unless the original manufactured part is defective. You have one of the best designed vehicles in the world, why change?
