could governor delete be so smiple
To bypass governor, would hooking fuel pump to another 12 volt source do the trick.Hence no fuel cutoff?

Depends what car, but I am almost 100% sure fuel cutoff is actually ECU not pulsing injectors, fuel pump should still be working. Let me know what the deal is though, as the 130 mph limiter on my CLK is often annoying (if it was at 160 mph I wouldn't mind so much, but 130 is a joke)

Not that I drive over 120,I would like to know my car can go over speed in case of bad guys chasing me

Isn't the factory limiter 135 on an M104? With weight and aerodynamics I don't really think the limiter is trimming much off your car.
I've heard that SpeedtuningUSA can reflash the computers, may be worth a call to them. But Mercedes ECUs aren't like domestic ecus where you can just burn a chip for one. I second Volker, fuel cut is in the ECU and is in the injector pulsing, not simply shutting down the fuel pump.

www.veloceperformance.com will tune your ECU to rid governor for $1100. You also gain 35 hp,I can't see paying that much for 17 more mph,and my $250 investment got me a 125 hp.
