I'd wager a truck stop/shop will have the ability to make flare end fittings such as this.

I know I can use the existing ends and splice AN aircraft hardware into it, but that will look very unperfessional M120 into 560SL (With Pictures!) John Roncallo |

a brand new tranny line should cost you about 20$ (half that on ebay). Getting one made should be about the same. Get the OEM part when and where you can.
Having a shop make a new hose is trivial, as long as you remind the shop that these fittings are all metric. In some cases, it's best to recycle the fitting, as what they will have won't be identical and might not fit right. There's a reason that bend is where it is and that the collar around the hose is the size it is. But then again, if this were a 600 with a dozen hoses like that, it's more of an issue. -CTH |

Well I at least found a source of brake and fuel line fittings. Still looking for the hydraulic line stuff. Looks like I may also be spending a couple of hundred bucks purchasing a flaring tool for thes oddballs.

I Found Them DIN 3863 Kugelbuchse
Well I finally found out what kind of fittings these are. The are called DIN 3863 Kugelbuchse. Tim at fedhillusa.net was able to identify them and he says he can get them if I am willing to pay alot and wait a long time. He is a good source of Metric and SAE brake and fuel line and he has a brake line that is allegidly far supperior to OE.

maybe fastlane could buy some in bulk to sell? or something of the sort... And that the site I almost bought a roll of 90-10 copper/nickel tubing off of. If I could afford that flaring tool, I'd have one (its FAR superior to any clamp-style tools) My current source for the tube is the junkyard. Just look for a volvo and start tearing away
