As per the topic, is anyone aware of any performance camshafts for the M104?

Check out a Hot Rod magazine like Street Rodder for aftermarket cam manufacturers. I talked to Compcam about grinding a set for my 110 to my specs. They estimated the prototypes would run 3K and the production cams around 150. If you could line up enough interested owners ( I couldn't) it might be worth while.

But it would be a lot cheaper if they happened to have a setup already that would work for your car, wouldn't it?

It might be worth checking.

This guy re-ground an M103 cam for me, cheap too! He has also done M110 cams as well. I'm sure he'd be glad to tackle the M104. Give them a call.
