sorry for asking to much...but is there any specific headers or manifolds or w/e its called that you would recommend? Also is there anything I can do with the throttle body?

I would search for a fabrication shop or a reputable exhaust shop that can get or cut you a manifold flange and make headers for you. as far as the intake goes most of the intakes you see are ram air which give you a more direct flow of air that makes in more dense, kind of like forcing it into the intake, a cold air intake will go down to the lower front of the car and get air below the engine off the ground, the aem V2 has flanges inside the tubing to make the air vortex inside and can produce horse power gains, throttle response, and of course a cool noise haha

So they say.... Don't believe a word of it.
