C32 Amg

Hello everyone, I have just purchased a C32 AMG and I am very curious as to the "break in" period. I have been told by the dealership that I can push it all the way? My friend who is a Car buff told me to relax with it because of the supercharger, etc... So with all these different answers I figured the best place to get an answer was here. Any help in this matter is highly appreciated.

thank you,
Chris

Wondering what suggestions are contained in the your new car manual for break-in?

If nothing is holding you back from that end....MB "warranty" is good for 4 year/50K so.....have at it and enjoy (it'll only get faster)!!! Keep us up to date in the "MB Hot Rod Kills" post. (pick on another unsuspecting Viper???)

More conservatively (if you plan on keeping the car till you die), maybe after a saftey check/oil change back to the dealer (1500 miles?),,,, that should be plenty road time enough to have everything seated.

C32

Sorry I forgot about the Manual, it says 1000 miles for break in. I hear you on everything else you said. If this car will get faster, all i can say is holy *****, because i did push it the other day a little, and that thing took off, slamed me and my girlfriend to our seats like if we were getting pulled by a magnet.

Keep posting your impressions. I see one of these cars in my future. Did you have to pay over sticker?

No I did not have to pay over sticker, and there was no discount either ( I Tried), but I convinced them to give me Low-Jack for free. You have to get something from them. Demand it!!

Benzo, that is what I suspected. I am on the west coast of Florida and they will sell them at sticker or less, I am sure. The car looks nice although the interior has been "plained down" by AMG it seems. But that can be a good thing I guess. The C32 just seems to make more sense than the SLK32.
