are you going to mount the injectors off the other side of the plenum and spray directly down the center of the stacks? or mount injectors half way along the stack?

They will be mounted in the stock location. The flange already has the holes in it. I am trying to make everything as a bolt on system. Right now my plan is to use the stock fuel rail and throttle actuator. Really all that is being replaced is the manifold and water pump.

Are going to manufacture and sell your s/c as a bolt on package?

That is the goal. Every time I rebuild the system I get new ideas for next time and refine the design. What I am building this time is a little different than my original plan due to a lack of funds, but the basic design criteria is there. The next go around will be closer to my original plan with the intercooler built into the manifold full length. I will also use shorter velocity stacks to make room. Right now my only major problem with being able to bolt this on to a stock motor assembly is the throttle actuator and linkage. I am still working on the layout but it may require moving the supercharger forward one inch, which will not be in this go around. I will get it solved but it requires a new drive snout.

Got the plenum mostly done and did some test fitting for final layout.

Well I finally finished the basic setup. I am waiting on the new Hargett QDCs for the final connection to the plenum. The only thing left to fab. is the front brace and idler pulley and the water jacket and pump mount.

Nice tight package. Good use of space.

Thank you guys. I think it will be even better next time with the intercooler as part of the intake as I had originally wanted. It will be cleaner that way, and less difficult.

Can you link directly to your photobucket page?

I tried searching for "thecarservice" and found nothing, as well as when using google to search photobucket for it.

All in all, this looks interesting. I just wish my m117 had that kind of room to play with under the hood!

Well, I got the car started yesterday. Seems as though there are not any intake leaks, but I have to take it back apart to change some other things. Should be able to get it all straightened out by the end of the week.
Main thing is the oil filter housing is going to have to be relocated to the passenger side of the engine bay. I need some longer hoses.

Well, all together today. I took it for a test drive and everything is working great. I had a coil drop on me. Scarred the crap out of me. I have to tie up some wiring issues for the new layout and make a mount for the oil filter. Then I am going to drive it for a couple of weeks before I switch cylinder heads to the port matched one on the stand. Then some tuning and the dyno.

Next project is going to be some headers and exhaust!!
